Fashion Nova has a no refund or replacement policy on their shipments when they chose the carrier (LaserShip) to ship it. They said they will help resolve the issue but that has not happened, they won't even respond to the email (only way to contact customer service). Why do they continue to use a carrier that has such bad reviews. It seems that they don't care about there customers satisfaction, only the money. No one has money to lose at a time like now. Beware of the fine print. Most often times, we forget to read it.
I was scammed by fashion nova. I placed an order they took my money. I didnt receive any type of confirmation email. When I emailed them apparently my ordered was being returned lol which is a joke because it was never sent out. Now they are giving me the run around for me to get my money back. With all that's happening in the world and they do this stealing from people. It's not right. I will walk completely naked before I ever order or recommend this company to anyone! I've attached the email sent from them which is the only email I've gotten since my order was placed. Smh

There is no way to contact customee service. I bought $100+ worth of clothes, and the package says it was delivered though I never received it.
I'm giving fashion nova no stars I've been a loyal customer for year I ordered a dress and it got delivered to a wrong address because there using a new carrier lasership this place has bad reviews only non delivered and lying they delivered fashion not once help in way they try to 20 percent discount on my next purchase what a joke
I tried to give Fashion Nova one too many chances. Actually a lot more than I ever should. I have previous review from 3 years ago about their slow shipping times, they have greatly improved. Prices have gone up but I still supported due to being one of the only retailers that catered to my body type (curvy.) I have ordered precisely from Fashion Nova every month since August of last year and while I’m very careful of getting my right size, I have never had to do a return until yesterday. They have been making their clothes smaller and smaller and the sizing is way off! In this last order I spent over $150.00 and my order included 2 dresses I planned to take on vacation with me. The dresses were ultra small (I’m short and they were just a bit below my butt) and the sizing felt like they were XXS. I immediately thought I could just return them and here came the surprise. Fashion Nova does not send return labels, if you need to return something you will pay out of your pocket a $7.99 shipping fee (on top of the shipping you paid to initially get your order.) I didn’t think much of it and decided to pay for shipping because I had no use to these ultra small dresses. Then, I find out there is no returns, you will get a e-merchandise credit within “7-10 business days” after they receive your return. What a disgusting and deceitful company. They are basically not liable for anything. I don’t know any other company in the US that offers no returns and quite frankly I don’t even know if that’s legal. A dress fitting super small should be able to filed as defective in which they will honor a refund, but they make the process almost impossible and you will need to upload pictures. I don’t know how to prove in a picture how a dress is the wrong size for the size it’s claiming to be and I don’t feel comfortable taking a picture of me wearing a dress that’s too small for me. I ended up returning the dresses so now I am out of the initial shipping fee, the return fee, and the price of 2 dresses because I have no intentions of ever shopping with Fashion Nova ever again. Don’t let the images of the half naked Instagram models showing their nips fool you, the clothes have become cheaper made and don’t look anything like what they look in the pictures.
I placed an order got sms Your order from Fashion Nova has been shipped. Could track my order which was last on 28 May Los Angeles California. Ever since the 29th Of May there is no Tracking number. On their system it shows ordered all of a sudden it hasn't been shipped? I askek them and it says that they are preparing the order it can take up to 30 days depending on customs.
What happen to the tracking number that the carrier RR Donnelley had given me now there is nothing.
I will never buy from you again. Your customer service is extremely poor!
The quality of clothes are very poor. I returned the items unworn with tags and they didn't refund my money. I got a gift card, which I would not use to buy more cheap clothes and had to pay for shipping. Very tacky company.
I ordered items off here numerous times never had an issue. This time i ordered items and fashion nova has lasership deliver them and I have not yet received my package. The package says it was delivered which it wasnt. I reached out to fashion nova thinking they would help. NOTHING. Fashion nova told me to reach out to laser ship. Called lasership they told me to reach out to fashion nova. Run around. Fashion nova if you are going to keep having your items delivered by lasership i will no longer want your business.
I placed an order on May 13,2021 during the 11am hour. I choose the overnight shipping for $14.99. Assuming I would get my items on May 14,2021. I received a FedEx message stating my order would arrive between 8:30am and 12:59pm on May 14,2021. 2 pm came and nothing yet. I checked FedEx again and it stated my item would arrive on May 15,2021. So I contacted FASHIONNOVA.com and asked them, since I paid for overnight shipping and your company couldn't send me my stuff overnight, is there a way I could get a refund. Overnight shipping was $14.99. I was told that they would not give me a refund as they have no control over FedEx. As of 8:37 pm I still have not received my items. When I check FedEx, it now says to expect my items on May 17,2021. This is a poor service to offer if you can't deliver when you say you can. I'm writing this review because I don't think this is a fair practice and businesses should not be able to get away with stuff like this. Something should be in place to refund the customer's money if the item doesn't make it overnight. I placed this order for a May 15th 2021 event, even though I paid for overnight shipping two days in advance, I will receive my item 2 days after my event. FASHIONNOVA should stop this fraud practice or people should start bringing lawsuits over the companies that do stuff like that. To anyone that reads this, FASHIONNOVA does offer overnight shipping because friends placed their orders after I did and they received their items this morning but mine seemed to have got lost in transit. I just think there should be a refund policy for something like that. No percentage off the next purchase because I don't know when I might receive my next item. I don't think I will order from this site again.
My package says it was delivered on the 29th of last month and I still did not get it and you guys will not give me a refund on what is not my fault. You know the shipping company does that and you still sent my things to them I have waited weeks and still did not get my package.
Cute clothes but it’s the 28th. I sent my return back on the 6th. The courier that Fashion Nova has selected takes almost two weeks to get packages back to them. They received my clothes on the 19th and said wait 5-7 business days for an e-credit. Their time passed and guess what? Nothing. So guess who has both my clothes and money? Fashion Nova. Guess who has neither clothes, money, or a store credit after 22 days? You guessed it.
Entered my promo code to get "30% off" 1st purchase. Charged me full amount. Absolute SCAM, but make sure you contact your bank, dispute the charge, and leave a nice note for all deliveries from Fashion Nova to be refused and returned to sender. Emailed Fashion Nova I disputed with my bank and not to send the clothes. (Emailed because they do not have a customer service phone number) They sent the items anyway. Asked them multiple times not to send because I was already refunded by my bank. They repeatedly emailed me "we cannot edit, alter, or cancel any orders once they are placed." They still continued to send it, and email me EVERY DAY saying they'll try again the next business day. Basically trying to make sure I get the shipment so I have to pay. NOPE! They can't dupe me into accepting the items. They wrongfully charged me an amount much more than I was shown I'd pay. If you overcharge me, I don't want to do business with you. If I dispute the charge, don't send me anything. I don't commit fraud, so neither should Fashion Nova. Everyone MUST know to NEVER purchase from them. They're basically signing up to be overcharged and underserved.
I ordered 15 pairs of panties, all in XL, arriving in three packs of five. They arrived and I tried them on (keeping my own underwear under the new) and 13 of the 15 fit. The two that didn't fit were flowers and wouldn't go higher than my thighs. I intended to call, but calling isn't an option. The phone number listed tells you to email. They told me they don't give refunds to anything with five different price endings (.99, .89, etc) nor panties, swim, undergarment.... The list is quite extensive, so pretty much nothing. They actually gave me a 25% coupon, like I'm going to use them ever again. Hahahaha. They absolutely should give refunds when the quality of their product is the problem. My butt didn't grow between 13 panties and the other two. Terrible company. Avoid them if you don't have money to throw away.
I bought almost 200$ worth of things and wanted it here before Friday... I made the order Tuesday night with overnight shipping so I knew it wouldn't get here till Thursday... Thursday night comes and I get a text says it's rescheduled... I go to look at the tracking info and I see that they didn't even give the package to FedEx till Thursday morning at 5:36am from 3 states over. How the heck did they think that was gonna make it to me? Why wasn't it sent out and taking care of Wednesday? There was no holiday or anything special. They didn't indicate that they were overloaded with orders and that your overnight might not make it. They also did not offer anything to accommodate. They are a trash company and anyone that gives them attention should stop immediately
